I ordered some parts for my bike and, the fit was pretty much spot on right away. Like, there was no messing around, no guessing, none of that annoying back-and-forth. It just bolted up like it was supposed to, which was a nice surprise.

I had to reach out to Race Tech Suspension support with a setup question I couldn’t figure out on my own. The first response took a bit longer than I was hoping for, but once they got back to me, the tech really knew his stuff and walked me through it clearly. The whole process was easy and hassle-free, which I appreciated. I’d give it 5 stars if the response time was a little faster

I was expecting a smoother ride, but it feels a bit stiff?! It’s not terrible, just not as comfortable as I hoped.

I assumed the prices might be a bit high at first, but they actually seemed fair. Overall, no complaints from me.

A few parts kind of felt like they assumed you already knew the next step, so I had to stop and reread things a couple times. Like i said, it wasn’t terrible or anything, and I did get through it in the end, but I was hoping it would be a little more straightforward.

I found what I was looking for quickly, and the pages loaded like they should. Checkout was simple too, no strange steps or anything that made me stop and go wait, what... overall it was a good experience.

I ordered from racetech.com the product itself was totally fine. No real complaints there, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was bad. But am I the only one who gets a little frustrated when customer service takes a couple days to answer each message?
They did get back to me eventually, and they were polite when they did, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just feel like if you have a simple question or need a bit of help, faster replies would make a big difference

It got here quicker than I expected, which was nice. I barely had time to wonder where it was, honestly. Anyway, no complaints on the turnaround.
